In this recipe, I am stressing the importance or raw foods. Living greens, fresh bell pepper, and uncooked nuts are all examples or raw foods containing live enzymes that aid in processes from digestion to cell composition. They are also quickly turned from food into fuel leaving you feeling light and energized for the rest of your day.
The lemon is also an energizing food that helps our digestion while giving support to the liver and kidneys to get rid of toxins.
